So what should I start with? This was no ordinary wedding. From the moment Josie and Matt contacted me for the first time, I knew it was going to be perfect. Tuscan Villa, closest family and friends, loads of pasta and pizza. It doesn’t get much better than that, let me tell you! The wedding venue was La Selva Giardino del Belvedere, cozy italian villa, in the heart of Tuscany. This place is now forever the place where Josie and Matt got married. The fact that there was thunderstorm sounds during the ceremony only made it more special! Luckily, the weather improved later, so all the guests could enjoy great italian feast outdoors – in the most romantic table setting ever.

After the feast there was time por portrait session with just Josie and Matt. I absolutely love how it turned out, with beautiful olive trees and Tuscan Hills in the background. You’ll see it just in a moment!

This kind of wedding – without any rush, all in one place, is something I absolutely love. The Italian setting of La Selva Giardino del Belvedere made it even more amazing. Getting ready in cozy villa interiors, ceremony at the amphitheatre and reception under the stars. That’s the dream! Please seat back and enjoy the story of Josie and Matt and their Tuscan Villa wedding.

Let’s start with the fact, that Wales is probably on the top of the most beautiful countries list and it’s so green, even in September, that it almost blinds you. I bet this is what made Grace and Rupert decide on Wales as a location for their wedding. This, and the jaw-dropping venue – Plas Dinam. It’s a country house, located among the Welsh hills, within the close proximity to the church, where G&R decided to get married in a traditional ceremony.

But was their wedding really that traditional? It was in the sense of traditional wedding outfits and the church element, but at the same time, it was 100% what the couple wanted and it reflected their perfonalities in the most natural way, you could say it wasn’t a “traditional” wedding at all!

There were 150 guests at the wedding, yet it felt like an intimate gathering of the closest friends and family. Everyone was smiling, cheering and just having a good time and I mean everyone! In the church they were singing, cheering, dancing and it just wasn’t traditional at all! I loved it. You could feel it’s all about the joy and the emotions and just staying true to what you want.

After the ceremony, back at Plas Dinam, it was reception time, group pictures with the most amazing view ever, couples portraits and then dinner and a party in the Old Stables, which looked so amazing with the beautiful flower decorations by Joanna Game Flowers.

After dinner, the party started and it was seriously on fire. I can’t imagine this day going any better than it did. Grace and Rupert – you are rockstars. I’m so glad that it was me, who captured your wedding day. And of course big shout out to Alpaka Wedding Videography, who’s working on a kickass wedding video. I can’t wait. Seriously. Enjoy the story of a wedding in Plas Dinam!

Oh! We also did an engagement session with Rupert and Grace on the Old Harry Rocks!

The idea for the day was for everything to happen without any rush, celebrating with friends and family and enjoying gorgeous weather that England had offer us that day. The preparations took place in spacious rooms of the venue. It’s hard to find interiors with so much character and style as those in Butley Priory. You’ll see them in the pictures later! The ceremony was held in the back garden of the venue and it was really the best place for it! Later on, there was cocktail hour with an awesome Check One Music Band playing outside.

Soon, the dinner was ready and evening guests were invited to the Great Hall, which looked like taken straight out of Harry Potter movies. I kid you not, I wouldn’t be surprised if the paintings in the hall started talking! They probably did after I left!

And lastly – the party. How cool it is to have a party with all the coloured lights in the great hall? You can take a look below and see what I mean! I’ll remember this Butley Priory wedding for a long time, that’s for sure! Big thanks to Jen and Darryl! You may remember their engagement session in London from last year. Time does really fly, huh?

We started our session not on a main Railay Beach, but on a second one nearby, named Phra nang Beach. To get there, you have to walk alongside spectacular rocks with monkeys jumping above your heads. It really couldn’t get any more fun! We did most of the session on Phra nang Beach and then run like crazy to main beach – Railay West to capture the sunset. And oh, what a sunset that was. The colours are still in my head, it was that spectacular.

Take a look at Ewa and Darek’s engagement session at Railay Beach, Thailand. They look absolutely amazing in the exotic scenery!

This wedding was the perfect combination of what I like the most – gorgeous surroundings, outdoor ceremony, slow wedding, without stress and hurry. Marta was ready way before the ceremony so we had quite a lot of time to chat about Harry Potter and Game of Thrones (not mentioning the ending of course, because ehhhh). Perfect day!

Take a look at the engagement pictures we created together, featuring Old Harry Rocks and lovely Studland Beach.

Also, I look forward to seeing their engagement video, made by Alpaka Wedding Videography.

We started shooting in the middle of the day and althought there were a lot of people everywhere (and I mean really, a lot), we managed to find some spots where we could actually shoot with not one person in the background.

As it often happens with sessions in the city – people were very enthusiastic when they saw a couple in full wedding clothing! Clapping and cheering are to be expected when shooting in the city, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I did capture some tourists reactions and you can see them below!

The whole experience was amazing. I enjoyed Barcelona so much and I personally think it is a great place for a pre-wedding photoshoot. Gothic Quarter is such a nice place if you want pictures with lots of history in the background. It was a pleasure to capture this lovely couple in Barcelona, prior to their wedding. Take a look at what we created together and let me know if you also want a similar experience!

What we saw there, was a giant surprise for me. I wasn’t expecting something so extraordinary. But more of that in a moment (you’ll see it in the pictures!). Seaford wasn’t our final stop that day. We drove a little bit further to the Seven Sisters cliffs, where Agata and Michal did a quick outfit change. They also brought with them some props. Our session on the cliffs was exactly on the day of their 3rd wedding anniversary! They had a big “3” balloon, champagne and glasses.

That day we did one more stop on our way back to London. We had a little break in a lovely town of Alfriston. Ok, enough of talking, time for pictures! Enjoy!

But let’s get down to earth for a minute. We started our session by just walking around Poznan and capturing the city. When the sun came down a little bit – that’s when we got to the main event – the roof.

We were quite scared at the beginning, but hey – not everyday you have to walk on the sloping roof. Despite the first rather scary impresion – we managed to create very cool pictures and I’m so happy with them, it may be my favorite engagement session so far.

After the crazy roof experience, we went to a cool cafe in the neighborhood, got a coffe and a cake (obviously) and we finished a session there. Literally one of the most amazing days. Thanks Kasia and Michal!
